Aims & objectives

This training course is developed for leaders of International youth NGO YEU (Youth for Exchange and Understanding)and aims to build their capacity to ensure efficient management of organizations and to strengthen cooperation between member organizations.
I was senior trainer in 2005 and a Course Director in 2006 and 2007.
Methods - NFE, simulations, practical inputs + active participation on each stage of the programme.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Target group - leaders and managers of YEU member organizations from 12 countries: Portugal, Spain, Lithuania, Poland, Germany, Albania, Serbia, Turkey, Estonia, Egypt, Malta, Cyprus, Greece etc.

Training methods used & main activities

simulations, interactive debates, role plays, personal assignments, personal action plan, mixed groups work etc

Outcomes of the activity

strengthened cooperation and networking among MOs, improved management competences to lead youth organization, broadened-up context of youth work in Europe and particular country.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Course director and senior trainer, responsible of assembling training team, preparing programme and methodology, training, reporting.

I worked on this training for 9 days as a full time trainer.
