On arrival training for EVS

Aims & objectives

This training is for the EVS volunteers that have just arrived to Spain. It's a preparation for them to help them with the arrival and integration to their projects and the country

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The TC was for 25 young volunteers coming from Austria, Germany, Italy, Estonia, Poland, Serbia, Hungary, France, Greece and Denmark.

Training methods used & main activities

We used non-formal methods, like group dynamics, discussions, reflecting groups, and various dynamics for improving communication, conflict solving, intercultural learning...

Outcomes of the activity

They got a sociocultural information about Spain, information about EVS programm, skills for communication, conflict solving and motivation to start their projects.
