The training activity took place
in Tallin
organised by Archinedes (Estonian National Agency for Erasmusplus)
3rd-9th December 2017

Aims & objectives

I worked as trainer.
The main aim of the training course was to create a network of organizations that would like to increase projects withing Erasmusplus, youth, involving people with disability and fewer opportunities.
The training was an environment to:
- explore inclusion;
- share experiences;
- start to set up some activities focusing on inclusion;
- networking;
- reflect upon existing and past experiences;
- learn from eachother;
- make concrete steps for the future towards inclusion (for newcomers) or to improove inclusion inside ngos.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Participants came from Hungary, France, Iceland, Latvia, Portugal, Estonia, Romania, Slovenia

Training methods used & main activities

non formal education: small groups and plenary discussions, workshops with practical duties on how to include participants with specific needs, learning by doing, open space.

Outcomes of the activity

During the training course participants started to work on possible future projects, with the support of the team.
There is a facebook group where participants are still in touch and can develop new projects focusing on inclusion, or eschange information or good practices for specific issues.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

As trainer, I have been responsible for the overflow of the training course, for designing sessions and leading them, for the on going evaluation and for the final report.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
