Aims & objectives

Objectives:

1) to create a space for the start of the development and discussion of a common understanding of
a. the Mission and Vision of ESC
b. implementation of ESC next to Erasmus+

2) to (re)establish a positive and supporting community of ESC officers

This means:

1. A commonly understood vision and mission
a. on solidarity
b. and the European Solidarity Corps in general.

2. To get clarity and common understanding about ESC information and implementation

3. … on which to build a positive, happy, inspired ESC community among the colleagues and the EC

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

• preparation of the event (face-to-face prepmeeting in Bonn and Brussels, 3 online prepmeetings)
• preparation & facilitation of the sessions
• evaluation of the sessions and the whole event as such
• contributing to the report

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
