The methodology of the training course is based on non-formal experiential learning. Participants will share their experience and practices, there will be few presentations by experts and most of the sessions will be interactive and participatory. The tools of Democracy Reloading will be used and presented in the training course.
The training course was meant primarily for municipal youth policy officers and local political representatives, focusing on youth policy and citizens, secondly it is also open to youth workers who coordinate / support youth council or other types of youth participation structures, who want to implement or improve the youth participation in municipal decision-making,.
The participants gained practical knowledge on how to use the Democracy Reloading tools to enhance and to improve the quality of the youth participation in municipal decisions.

Monia demonstrated a high level of non-formal trainer skills and strong dedication towards the topic, she seemed to have significant experience in the field of youth participation. She was open to challenge herself both in learning about the theme as well as reflect on her competences as trainer.
