Aims & objectives

• To exchange experiences about EVS
• To share problems that they encountered and to give guidance for resolving them
• To critically think about own project and to define possibilities for improvement
• To stimulate learning from EVS experience
• To give information on Youthpass, final report and opportunities volunteers can be involved in after the period of service

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

18 EVS volunteers from different European countries (exp.: France, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Austria).
Team consisted of two trainers from Croatia.

Training methods used & main activities

MID-term meeting was based upon non-formal education approach. A combination of different creative and interactive methods were used: Ice-breaking and Getting to know each other activities, Workshops, Open space methodology, Theoretical Input, Presentations, Personal, group, and meta reflections and evaluations.

Outcomes of the activity

EVS volunteers shared challenges they encountered during EVS and got support and guidance. They exchanged experiences and prepared them selves for departure. Participants reflected on personal learning plans and learning outcomes.
