Aims & objectives

- to exchange and reflect about the EVS projects (social life, project and work, language...)
- to reflect on intercultural communication and other skills
- to clarify the wishes for the second part of the EVS and for the future

Training methods used & main activities

- inclusive and interactive participation methods
- non-formal education methods such as role plays, simulations, energizers
- positioning exercises
- teamwork to reflect about group building processes - language animation games
- creative and artistical methods

Outcomes of the activity

The participants reflect on their voluntary service and find out new ideas to overcome conflicts or difficulties. They learn more about intercultural skills (Youth Pass session). They also find out how they want to go on with their project. They reflect about what they want to do after the EVS.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

As a full-time trainer I was responsible with my colleague Wolfgang Sieberth of the implementation of the activities.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
