Aims & objectives

The goal of the project was to increase youth workers competences for operating media tools, leading volunteers and supporting youth at the level of organizing leisure activities.
The whole program program was created in a way that the participants could gradually develop new competences such as:
- working with youth,
- problem solving,
- using media tools and created materials,
- effective use of personal attributes,
- consulting and coaching.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The project involved youthworkers coming from Lithuania, Latvia, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Hungary, Romania, Turkey and Spain.

Training methods used & main activities

Experiential learning, icebreaker games, media, team-building activities, outdoor activities, self-reflection activities, coaching.
