Aims & objectives

The main aim of the training course was to guide participants into establishment of international partnerships and development of inclusive youth exchange projects within “Youth in Action” program.
The objectives were to:
- create an opportunity for a cooperative learning experience for social workers and young people they work with
- establish international partnership between represented organizations
- explore quality aspects of youth exchanges within Youth in Action programme
- provide space for development of inclusive youth exchange projects
- develop a greater understanding of youth participation and social inclusion.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

25 participants took part in the training course – these were youth workers and young people (including young people with fewer opportunities) they work with from Latvia, Estonia, Norway and Poland.
