Aims & objectives

- To present the Erasmus+ Programme in the framework of European youth policies and strategies.
- To explore the opportunities offered by the different sub-actions of KA1 of Erasmus+, focusing on their ability as a vehicle to transmit the common fundamental values to our society.
- To stimulate the practice in the management of international projects.
- To boost mobility and learning opportunities within the framework of Non-formal Education.
- To enable participants to reflect on their learning and to learn more about Youthpass – the strategy on the recognition of non-formal learning in the youth field, its technical tool to produce Youthpass Certificates, and its application in KA1 sub actions.
- To offer the opportunity to meet potential international partners to develop future projects.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The Training Course was open for 24 voluntary and professional youth workers, working directly with young people, from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Slovenia, Italy, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Turkey, Ukraine and Spain.

Training methods used & main activities

The working methods were based on the principles of non-formal education and sociocultural education. We combined theory with practical learning, experience exchanging and self-reflection. All participants were invited to actively take part in the training throughout dynamic and interactive activities, workshops, simulation, case-studies, collaborative work activities, debates, etc. By using these wide scopes of methods we achieved a dynamic training and it made each participant to learn and develop new skills that they will be able to use in their work and associative life, as well as their private life.

Outcomes of the activity

The main outcome of this course is the learning process of the people who participate in it. We also have as a result a series of projects that have been presented in different countries.

But besides that, and as the main result to share, we have the mural that was developed in the activity as a summary of what has been done:
