Longterm Training of Trainers for European YOUTH Projects 2005/06

Aims & objectives

The ToT is a long-term training course on developing good quality training projects in the context of the Youth in Action programme. The major aim of this training course is to train trainers who have the competences and the motivation to contribute to the improvement of the quality of projects within the Youth in Action Programme of the European Union

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Group: youthworkers and trainers from whole Europe.

Training methods used & main activities

Training is based on self-directed learning methodology. We used variety of methods (simulations, roleplays, discussions, individual reflection etc).
