Aims & objectives

The main goal of the project:

Participants to learn what design thinking is and discover how to utilize it to support youth to unlock their potential
for personal and professional fulfillment.

During the training course we trained participants in how Desing Thinking can help us create a life that is both meaningful and fulfilling, regardless of who or where we are, what we do or have done for a living,
or how young or old we are.

We’ve put great focus on:
* design thinking principles
* applying design thinking to personal and professional fulfillment
* creative and artistic methods of expression
* tools to empower young people to design the life they want
* designing custom workshops on designing the life you love
* disseminating in local communities

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Participant we worked with:

*Youth workers who work daily with youth, mostly focused on personal and professional development and empowerment, as well as teachers at formal education institutions.
* Youth workers of 18 years and older facing
economic, geographic, social, and any other kinds of obstacles to apply, mainly because we believed that the competences acquired will not only help to train youth on designing the life they love, but also support
the youth worker participants, themselves.
*The participants were required to have a GOOD English level to communicate and express themselves throughout the sessions and to be committed to be present during the full training course.
* Residents of Spain, Turkey, Germany, Poland, Slovenia and Cyprus.

International trainer team of two professional.

Training methods used & main activities

* daily rituals
* visual and kynestetic storytelling
* kynestetic learning
* interactive exhibition for self-reflection and practicing
* self-reflection

Testimonial of the reference person

Nora Taliga did a satisfactory work as a trainer in this activity. She and the other trainer were adapting and personalising the contents of the training every night to be able to precisely adapt the training to the requirements and needs of the group of participants.

They performed a good and hard work.
