Work experience

My professional journey of becoming a Learning Experience Designer, a Trainer & Facilitator:

2012-2016: Trying my wings, Hungary
Working at British Telecom, and international SSC, as a Service Request Manager. Back office support activities. This chapter has taught me to work with planning, procedures, structure, diligence, respect.

2016-2017: Following my heart, Bulgaria
Working for Synergy Bulgaria, an NGO aiming to support the personal growth of youngsters. Training and project (KA1) support activities that taught me to have dreams and ambitions, to implement ideas, to be creative and the power of self-reflection.

2018: Designing my future, Spain
Working for Ticket2Europe (7 months), an NGO that is keen to bring and create opportunities to youth of rural Spain. Training design and facilitation, mentoring, project support (KA1) that taught me to be flexible, adapt quickly and recognise & grab opportunities along my way.

2019: Keep on improving, USA - remote
Working for Leap4Change (4 months), a business from the USA that is designing and delivering educational activities for local youngsters and elders to support them in their career choice. Project- and marketing management activities that taught me a lot about intercultural communication, leadership and emotional intelligence.

2019: Going for a dream, UK
Working in a lovely local cafe (3 months) making delicious coffee for lovely people! It taught me the power of connection and intergenerational communication, different ways of expressing care, and of course making really great coffee!

Since 2019: Thinking fresh, the Netherlands & Germany
Working for Lush Digital, a company of strong ethics with family roots. Technical support, project management, training delivery. A place that has been helping me to understand how to combine my knowledge and experience of the corporate world, the NGO sector, technology and wellbeing; how to adapt and grow in an intercultural environment; how to practise belonging.

Since 2020: Co-creating, the Netherlands & Germany (remote)
Working for and with an NGO called Hekate Conscious Ageing Foundation, that is keen to support people of all ages for conscious ageing. Project management (KA2), training desing and delivery, educational support. This co-creation is teaching me about care, friendship, highly professional work in the NGO sector, intergenerational cooperation and co-creating, leadership and strategy.

Since 2022: Living my dream, Germany-Europe-remote
After many years of experience in the training field, I officially registered myself as freelance trainer and facilitator and I work as Learning Experience Designer and Digital Wellbeing Educator. This solopreneurship keeps giving me great lectures of accountability, authenticity, balance, creativity and care.
