TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
This is a reference for Manina Ott
The TC aimed to equip participants to have a more inclusive approach in their (youth) work. It was a resource for participants to be vulnerable in a safer space, where being open is embraced, focusing connections rather than differences with the understanding that diversity and social inclusion are essential components of living together. For this non-formal education methods from dragon dreaming, radical diversity, storytelling etc. were used
At the end all pax created a concrete action plan for a specific change that they implemented in their daily life and work for a more inclusive environment.
Target group:

- Activists in their respective fields that have the role of a multiplier in social inclusion
