Aims & objectives

To support participants to connect to themselves and others. To become aware of their self development needs and wishes. To practice active listening and speaking from the heart to connect to other people.

Training methods used & main activities

The course was based on self directed learning, process oriented and used Council as a community communication method. Furthermore a holistic approach to learning was used combining many elements like art, meditation, drumming, movement.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants became more aware of their learning needs and how to formulate them and act upon them. Furthermore they understood how they deal with difficult situations, how to connect to themselves and others and how to take decisions in a community.
