Training methods used & main activities

We used non-formal activities for experiencing leadership, project management, communication and conflict management in practice including 1 activity day there participants had to organise 6 activities as a group.

Icebreakers

Outcomes of the activity

Participants learned on their own skin different approaches to leadership and what is their leadership style.
By the end of the week they were able to experience several times being a leader and this made them have good insights on their own way of being a leader and an organiser.
