TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

The program Joint Civic Education aims at empowering youth from South Caucasus to play an active role in their local societies and to contribute to the peaceuilding process in the region. The goal of the seminar was to introduce project management and its aspects to the young activists incl. , goals and objectives setting, teamwork, conflict management, time management, fundraising, budgeting, project proposal writing, PR, seminar designing, event management etc. The training combined theoretical inputs with practical excercises and trainings of specific tools.
The participants of the Joint Civic Education programme are young people 18-25 y.o. from Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia in total about 30 people participated in the seminar. The trainers team consisted of 4 people - 2 Georgians, 1 Russian and 1 Pole.

The outcomes of the practice seminar were project proposals written by the participants assisted by the trainers during the practice seminar. A report and a photo documentation were written.
I was a full time trainer together with 3 other persons. My role was to co-design the whole seminar, to facilitate during all activities, to be responsible for designing of the whole learning process. I have also counselled several participants while project proposal writing. I have lead several workshops on project management. I have co-written final report and co-created the photo documentation with description of methods.
