Introduction to Youth Project Management

Aims & objectives

This training course was a part of long - term capacity building project 'Project Management Academy' that will be running also in 2017.
Main aim of the training course was to develop project management competencies of the participants especially in the area of Erasmus + Programme and support development of new projects ideas.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

In the training course were involved youth workers coming from 14 countries including countries of the Western Balkan (Albania, Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Programme countries representing e.g. by Italy, Poland or Lithuania.

Training methods used & main activities

The training course was based on using methods of non-formal education such as simulation, discussions in mix-intercultural teams, problem solving challenges or also activities aiming to support reflection on learning process of the participants.

Outcomes of the activity

Through the training course was developed several applications for youth exchanges and training course that the participants plan to apply in 2017.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I worked as full-time trainer. I was responsible for preparation and delivering various activities through the training days.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
