Al trainers evaluated the methodology and the learning outcomes in a very positive way and are now running the project in their countries with success.
I was a full time trainer from the preparation phase, during the implementation and also in the evaluation and follow up phases of the training.
Eleni is an excellent team-worker, she is able to work efficiently with different trainers' profiles and she is adaptable to different contexts. She is creative and articulated, she creates a familiar atmosphere while remaining focused and targeted. Moreover, she can process and manage new material and adapt it into implementation taking into consideration the needs of the target group/participants of a training.
