Aims & objectives

• Establish a common ground between trainers, clear roles and responsibilities
• Review project work plan, objectives and outputs to ensure solid understanding by all partners involved, and set milestones for internal review, monitoring and exploitation/dissemination.
• Get clear understanding on partners’ contractual responsibilities with regards to the project’s financial monitoring.

Trainers working with the British Council from the Project partner countries, Ireland, Poland, Greece, Scotland and Spain.

Outcomes of the activity

Al trainers evaluated the methodology and the learning outcomes in a very positive way and are now running the project in their countries with success.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was a full time trainer from the preparation phase, during the implementation and also in the evaluation and follow up phases of the training.

I worked on this training for 3 days as a full time trainer.
