Intercultural learning

Aims & objectives

Aim: To improve Intercultural learning competence of youth workers
Objectives:
- to explore own culture
- to explore influence of culture on youth work
- to explore tools that can be used in work on this topic

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team: 9 youth workers from Croatia and Bosnia. Team of 2 trainers, one from Bosnia and one from Croatia

Outcomes of the activity
Participants become aware of influence of culture on their youth work. They understand the important of exploring culture issues with youth and are willing to apply given knowledge and skills in their every day work.

- co-preparation of the program
- development of workshops
- preparation and delivering theoretical inputs
- realization of training activities
