GreenspirationON!

Aims & objectives

The aims of GreenspirationON! training course were the following:
-to make young people thinking in a conscious way about
sustainability and motivate them to do projects about
reusing garbage.
- to share best practices, find new techniques and learn
together in an intercultural, inspiring environment
- to develop our organizing, coaching and mentoring
skills and be inspired by other cultures in order to realize
more projects in this topic and involve more people in it
- to encourage intercultural learning when creating
arts and using media
- to develop skills and get new competences while
participating at non-formal education methodology

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

We had participants from 6 different countries (Italy, Czech Republic, Latvia, Hungary, Armenia and Georgia). The target group were youth workers from local NGOs who work with younsters, peers and kids.
In the organization temam we had 1 person from Georgia, 2 from Czech Republic, from Hungary and Italy.

Training methods used & main activities

During the training of Greenspiration ON! we have used mainly a non formal educational approach, especially focused on the experimental learning. We used during the training course the method of creative recycling and we used media as tool to develop soft skills of participants.

Outcomes of the activity

In the follow up phase we plan an online issued magazine as well.
