The project was aiming to give a guide for EVS starters, which can be new hosting
organization, new sending organization, or the role of mentors, coordinators of an EVS project. During the Training course we were create new project ideas and we were discuss every possibility. We talked about what makes a mentor a good mentor, and we will also do workshops about crisis management. Participants learned how to find the matching volunteer to they project, and they also learn how to do a hosting project what suits to they local issues, what can empower local youth
to join to they organization, or to be volunteer. Participants learned about the importance of youthpass, the key competencies and how to prepare the volunteer for returning home after a successful project. They learned how to write
an EVS project, and how to conduct a successful final report. This TC was also a great
opportunity to find future partners to future projects.
In training cource were participants who are involved in EVS process as new organisations or thinking about it. They were from Croatia, France, Norway, Hungary, Georgia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Estonia, Macedonia, Latvia and Spain.
Training was organized by non formal education methods - discusions, group work, presentations, sharing good practical experiences.
Participants learn what is EVS and how to become part of it. How to make accreditation and project application form. they learn what is roles in EVS project, how to choose right volunteer, how to create working plan for volunteer based on organisation needs. As well participants learn what is Erasmus+.
I was expert about EVS - gave my suggestions, share my experience and show my good practical examples working with EVS and writing projects in Erasmus+.
