EVS On Arrival

Aims & objectives

On arrival training for EVS volunteers doing their projetcs in Portugal. This training should help them to be better prepared for their intercultural and international experience.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

30 Volunteers from sevral European countries plus Angola.

Training methods used & main activities

Several NFL activities such as games, discussions, role-playing games, reflections, etc.

Outcomes of the activity

Better prepared volunteers, higher quality learning experiences during EVS.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Together with the rest of the team: design the training program and implement all activities.

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
