Training methods used & main activities

Developing Europe from their own personal experience, where are the challenges and the venues in it and create by themselves a "working contract among" each other in order to establish atmosphere the can live and work in.

Experiencing the host country by doing interviews and recording their results in a creative way (up to own choice, videos, foots, drawings, theater) in order to present it to the others.

Intercultural learning with a simulation & diverse inputs and interactions afterwards.

Conflict Management worked through in role plays, using own experiences and by experiencing the "conflict alley"

Outcomes of the activity

The feedback of the seminar was really positive. The participants confirmed to feel far more at ease with their new role now.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Together in a team of 3 I was responsible for developing the concept and carry out the activities. My role and the role of one of my colleagues was to lead the training, our 3rd colleague was responsible for organizational topics and logistics.

I worked on this training for 10 days as a full time trainer.
