Experiencing the host country by doing interviews and recording their results in a creative way (up to own choice, videos, foots, drawings, theater) in order to present it to the others.

Intercultural learning with a simulation & diverse inputs and interactions afterwards.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Together in a team of 3 I was responsible for developing the concept and carry out the activities. My role and the role of one of my colleagues was to lead the training, our 3rd colleague was responsible for organizational topics and logistics.

I worked on this training for 10 days as a full time trainer.
