EVS Annual Event 2016

Aims & objectives

The aims of the annual event are to help the volunteers network and find ideas to work on together, propose projects to their sending organisations and generally by active in the youth and social field, after their EVS.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The annual event had 21 participants, all greek speaking, but from different ethnic backgrounds young people, who had been EVS volunteers during the last year.

Training methods used & main activities

Methods of non formal education were used, working in groups, brainstorming, open space techniques, role playing games and strategic visualisations.

Outcomes of the activity

It was a very successful training course, the participants were inspired from one another and they still communicate in order to realize the plans they made during the event.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was the only trainer of the group.

I worked on this training for 3 days as a full time trainer.
