Aims & objectives

7 days personal development training to reflect on our beliefs and how we operate in our personal and professional lives and how this is supporting or limiting us into achieving the results we want to create in your personal and professional lives.
It focus on the main following areas:
- how we form judgements and how they affect our perception of reality and other;
- which are our working patterns, and how we can improve them;
- acquiring tools for dealing with unexpected situations and manage our emotional stations;
- creating cooperation and inclusion in an international context;
- improving resourcefulness;
- deepening self-reflection and self-assessment;
- finding fulfillment in our professional and personal lives.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Target group: for all people from all countries in the age between 17-80, able to work in simple English, willing to actively participate during the whole training.

Training methods used & main activities

Experiential learning, coaching, self-coaching, somatic work, outdoor, learning by submerging, self-reflection groups, plenary discussions.

Outcomes of the activity

These are the main learning outcomes offered by the training course:

- Reaching optimal performance levels;
- Using words and body language to purposefully instill self-confidence
- Creating and sustaining a positive mental attitude, especially during hard times
- Improved priority management;
- Communicating with more clarity, accuracy and persuasiveness
