Aims & objectives

Annual Forum: 28-31 July 2018, Piteşti, Romania
For the fourth time, the EU-Russia Civil Society Forum invited young professionals from all over Europe to come together at the Forum “Europe Lab” to network, exchange ideas, work together on current European issues and develop cross-border project initiatives.
“Europe Lab” took place in Romania at the Piteşti Prison Memorial. There were organised four parallel educational frames, each of those curated by a coordinator/facilitator and further experts/speakers. The best common projects, developed during the Forum, received follow-up grants.
The overall goal of the Forum was strenghtening of the civil society in Europe and Russia and foster collaboration if its actors.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

60 young people from the EU and further European countries, and the Russian Federation, aged between 25 and 35.
Civil society activists, NGO managers, trainers community projects managers.
Countries: Romania, Hungary, Poland, Ukraine, Germany, Great Britain, Belarus, Austria, France, Bulgaria and others.
