Aims & objectives

Collecting young people’s recommendations about the main barriers, added value and profits
actions and tools, needed to develop greater mobility and cooperation between young people from EU member states and neighboring countries, with focus on the Eastern Europe and Caucasus Area.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Participants represented youth delegates and DGs from all the 27 EU member states, candidate and EFTA countries as well as young people outside the EU – from Eastern Europe and Caucasus countries.
Team represented European Youth Forum facilitators and other trainers from Poland, Georgia, Ukraine, Belarus, Romania, Serbia, Germany, Czech, Portugal, Lithuania, Turkey, Slovenia and Sweden.

Training methods used & main activities

Presentations, Small group work, interactive digital presentations, discussions, silent round table talk

Outcomes of the activity

Elaborated recommendations in 7 different areas presented by the Polish Presidency at the Cultural Affairs Committee and the Education Committee in Brussels.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Facilitation of the 30 participants - youth delegated (structured dialogue process) working group: recommendations in education, leading the process to elaboration of specific recommendations for the DGs and European Commission.

I worked on this training for 3 days as a full time trainer.
