Goal was to prepare participants to be able to plan their projects consciously and comprehensively, to deliver higher quality outcomes, to improve their self-confidence, leadership, team-work and independence, and this way to receive feeling of satisfaction in work for the network.
Students volunteers of ESN network, coming from its various sections, mixed nationalities from all across Europe, age 19-30, leaders of local or international teams as well as newbies.
Empowering elements (social contract); Symbolical/ceremonial activities; World cafe; Self-reflections and group reflections; Role plays; Practice project synthesis; Experiences; Debriefing; Frameworks synthesis; Mentoring; Singing, drawing, dancing
- Participants understand basic theory of Project management and are able to explain it on real examples from ESN.
- Participants understand main principles of planning in Project management and will be able to apply them in real life situations.
- Participants find their own individual approach within Project management.
- Participants find additional tools to make their projects extraordinary.
- Participants experience intense team-work, different leadership roles and methods of working and creating together.
Setting aims and objectives based on needs of the participants, defining the flow, program design and delivery. Writing follow-up report. All of that working with another co-trainer and under mentorship of two mentors.
