Aims & objectives

The main aim was to raise the quality of youth exchanges within action 3.1 of YiA programme especially in cooperation with EU and EECA regions.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Participants were youth workers and youth leaders from EU and EECA countries.
The team included two trainers, one from EU and one from EECA.

Training methods used & main activities

Interactive training methods were used throughout the training.

Lilit was one of the trainers - designing, implementing and evaluating the training course.

I worked on this training for 6 days as a full time trainer.
