Aims & objectives

It aimed to provide a space for learning, discussions and exchange of ideas about issues that young people face in rural areas, as well as to promote intercultural learning among young people.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Partner organisations from Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania and Portugal co-shaped the event, recruited and prepared participants and conducted dissemination and follow-up activities. Each group consisted of 1 leader and 7 participants. Overall, the project brought 40 people from 5 different countries.

Training methods used & main activities

Methods within non-formal learning methodology like quests, games, discussion groups, group and individual reflection sessions, creative sessions, team building and group exercises with analysis and reflection; co-creation and peer evaluation.

Outcomes of the activity

All objective of the training were achieved

Planning and conducting the sessions, contact and support of the participants, evaluation and reporting.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
