TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

The project entitle ‘Digital Tools: to Engage, to Empower, to Connect’ aims to increase capacities of smaller youth organizations and these working with young people in non-formal and formal educational settings to effectively use digital tools in three main areas:-to engage target groups of the activities with special focus to be paid to engaging young people,-to empower communities, representatives of the target groups,-to effectively connect and work with different stakeholders/partners at local, national and international level. Moreover, we aim to gain perspective of young people on using digital tools, especially in the relation of personal and professional development with the aim to gain better understanding of their positions/expectations and how they can be met by youth organizations, youth workers, career advisors, etc.
The project ‘Digital Tools: to Engage, to Empower, to Connect’ was implemented with the support of the Erasmus + Programme by ‘Mission: Reconnect’ (Czech Republic) and ‘ASK Skopje’ (North Macedonia).

The project included a series of local and online activities but also an international training course open for the residents of the Czech Republic and North Macedonia. From research based activities in the Czech Republic and North Macedonia, through international training in the Czech Republic and to online mentoring and sessions.

My part was to lead one of the online seminars for youth leaders, about tool posible to use when digitalised the youth work, like Prezi and Gather Town. Plus, I composed an article aout useful difital tools in youth work, and undetake a jobshadowing for promoting digital youth work in Skopje, North Macedonia.
