Bringing together the people influencing youth policies in Austria: Young people, Youth workers, Administration and politicians - to discuss how we might all life together.

40 Participants from Austria and 10 Politicians

Training methods used & main activities

The course was based on dialogue on eye to eye level, no matter the background and we used many methods from the Art of Hosting (Open Space, World Cafe, Appreciative Inquiry) as well as designed the agenda based on Theory U.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants got to work with the questions asked by the European Process of the Structured Dialogue - therefore directly participating in this proecess. As well as formulated a vision for Europe in 2020 and had concrete recommendations of how might one get there.
There was also time and space to develop concrete projects to support living together within the local realities of participants.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Responsible for concept and design as well as main facilitator.

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
