Aims & objectives

The training Course aimed at giving participants useful skills for finding a job, fostering entrepreneurship and ways of fighting youth unemployment. It also aimed at developing a network for future cooperation.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

There were 18 participants from Poland, Hungary, Turkey, Italy,Malta and Czech Republic.
I worked in ateam of three trainers - I was the main trainer with support from a colleague from Hungary and Poland.

Training methods used & main activities

We used various non-formal methods combined with some theoretical knowledge with presentations about the best Business Plan, the EURES Job Mobility Portal etc.

Outcomes of the activity

We believe the participants gained useful knowledge how to fight youth unemployment promoting youth entrepreneurship. Besides, the participants had very practical sessions about writing the best CV and Motivation letter as well as tips how to best present yourself at a job interview.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was the main trainier in this training course , invited by the host organisation to deliver sessions about: "Youth unemployment- reasons, causes and consequences", "How to develop a good business plan", "EU programmes fostering youth entrepreneurship" . Besides I was the main facilitator as well leading the "Get to know you sessions", "Expectations, fears and contributions", group dynamic activities and final evaluation.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
