CREATE: Training Course for Trainers on Creativity and Emotional Competences​​

Aims & objectives

The course aimed to explore and unblock the emotional competences and creativity skills of participants in order to improve their work against social exclusion.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Trainers and youth workers from 7 different countries working with disadvantaged young people or at risk of social exclusion.

Training methods used & main activities

The methods used were participatory, exploratory and embedded in a humanistic approach.

Outcomes of the activity

Creativity and sensorial innovative methods to work with disadvantaged young people.
25 motivated multiplyers.
