Aims & objectives

Objectives of the project:
• to offer participants a clear methodological approach and new tools based on theatre and creativity • to improve the impact of their youth social initiatives and improve their professional profile • to create a theatrical production with a European team • to share soft skills / soft skills and increasing the competencies of participants
• to foster new local theatre-based youth networking initiatives at European level.
• to create of a group of artists to develop theatre projects in Europe.

Training methods used & main activities

The methodological approach of the project focused on non-formal education and work methods included immersive theatre tools, physical training, performance and follow-up activities.

Outcomes of the activity

This project builded up a team of professionals artists that now works at local and international levels to train individuals through the use of artistic tools to a better understand of immersive events. Another achievement of the project was to strengthen cultural and educational institutions and organisations creating formal links and sharing educational modules through extended collaborations between professionals.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was the lead Trainer and I had several tasks, I was involved in:
• the preparation phase
• 3 workshops at local level of Theatre
• I was a trainer in three different Training Courses
• I developed a final event at the end of the project

I worked on this training for 18 days as a full time trainer.
