Aims & objectives

1. improve the youth workers/ project coordinators’ knowledge and skills with different tools and methods for preventing crises/ conflicts, post-conflict resolution and reconstruction in order to recognize these situations in any time and to find appropiate approach to stop them.
During eight days of activities, the youth workers will be exploring various tecniques and working methods for promoting European cooperation, tolerance among people in order to foster social cohesion in the EU.
Likewise thorugh active involvement at this project the participants will learn how to prevent particular situation and foster active citizenship among them.
Still, the project is expected to also contribute for participants’ general personal development as individuals and professional development as youth workers.
This training course will take place in Shtip, Macedonia during December 2008. A total number of 24 youth workers/project coordinators from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, Greece, Poland, Macedonia and Serbia will participate in 9 days of project activities.


2. Target group: all the participants were youthworkers, street educators an youth asptiations responsibles from different countries. 20 participants from: Makedonia, Serbia, Bosnia,Croatia, Poland, Italy, UK, Germany.

4. My rol and task: this training was design by the three trainers., and thr three of them were working as a team during the whole training in all the activities.

I worked on this training for 9 days as a full time trainer.
