Aims & objectives

- providing knowledge about current developments of civil society in Central Asia, Eastern partnership and Caucasus
- plan activities in frames of the network of the CrossCulture alumni
- exchange good practices in the field of social entrepreneurship and sustainability of civil society organisations, diversity and peaceful coexistence and youth work
- reflect upon the network - its structures, character and future opportunities

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

CrossCulture programme alumni from Usbekistan, Kazakhstan, Germany, Georgia, Armenia, Russia, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kirgistan, Ukraine, total 30 participants.

Training methods used & main activities

plenary discussions, expert inputs, digital platforms for discussion, i.e. menti.me, small group work, presentations, discussions

Outcomes of the activity

- 8 ideas for the future activities within the network developed and planned to be implemented
- all participants received info ackages with insights from every country presented
- written evaluation and documentation disseminated among particiants and network

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Facilitation of the whole event, preparation of the content, implementation, documentation and evaluation

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
