Aims & objectives

1. To provide knowledge on the specifics of the youth work
2. To enhace participation in youth activities and youth work
3. To plan new activities in the youth clubs that strengten youth participation in the local communities
4. To learn more about what participation is, about models and diverse ways of strenghtening participation at different levels

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Youth and youth leaders from different regions with Georgian, Armenian, Azerbaijani, Czech and polish background. Total 30 people.

Training methods used & main activities

Debates, home zones for evaluation, film screenings and discussions, expert sessions, presentations, expert inputs, daily evaluation workshop methods

Co-facilitation in a polish-Georgian-Czech team of 3 people

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
