Aims & objectives

The main aim of the training course was to create space for an open intercultural and interfaith dialogue between the Baltic and MEDA regions in order to find common connections and bridges for cooperation in the context of valuing diversity
The specific objectives were
- To establish bridges for dialogue among different civil society actors (youth, NGOs, media...) between the diverse Baltic and MEDA regions
- To mobilize civil society actors to become more active citizens and multipliers of dialogue at their communities;
- To promote cooperation between the regions, countries and represented stakeholders

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Participants of the TC were from Estonia, Jordan, Latvia and Lebanon, working with and in media, education, religious practices and CSO's.

Outcomes of the activity

Approximately 10 cross-cultural, cross-religious and inter-regional initiatives were developed.
