Aims & objectives

Train youth workers on how to use improv theatre and forum theatre as tool of facilitation in their daily work.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

We had 26 participants from 10 countries (Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, Moldova, Finland) and from diverse NGOs.

Non-formal education (role plays, preparing their own activities, etc), improvization theatre, forum theatre, HRE

Outcomes of the activity

The participants came up with activities that they implemented in their own realities after the training, in phase 2 of the project -as a final impact we have reached over 600 people.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was responsible for the workout of the facilitation block, but also facilitated other sessions throughout the whole training. I also mentored participants to help them working out their activities.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
