Aims & objectives

The aim of the project is to familiarize participants with the issues of animation, social animation and "play education" in youth work. Within the project we want to learn and teach others how to use animation and play to activate the community, particularly young people, to teach entrepreneurship and a healthy lifestyle.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Youth workers and youth animators (adults) from Czech Republic, Estonia, Macedonia, Portugal, Romania and Poland

Training methods used & main activities

During training were used practical and active methods of working with group, especially animation and play pedagogy methods.
Within course participants had possibility to work in small groups, take part in interactive exercises, simulation games and fruitful discussions.

Outcomes of the activity

The result of the training were created scenarios of animation programs tailored to the needs of specific groups of youth. The additional result was the establishment of sustainable partnerships between organizations and the planning of future joint initiatives, as well supporting each other in working with youth.

Preparing program of activities, cooperating with second trainer, leading activities during training course.
Redaction of training result - scenarios.
