4) To provide the space for networking and exchange of good practices and tools.
Representatives of youth organisations holding KA150 accreditation in Erasmus+
We have been using self-directed learning, experiential learning, group and individual work, and creative methods.
-Assess critically their capacity, reality, and community.
-Monitor the achievement of objectives submitted in accreditation
-Learn the ways of monitoring and measuring the results of each activity.
-Plan future activities until the end of the Programme period.
-Develop a resilient mindset of youth workers and organisations.
-Evaluate the quality of their services to young people, youth workers, youth organizations, the youth sector, the local community and stakeholders.
I was one of the trainers, especially developing and delivering sessions on analysis of the organisation's realities and objectives, risk management and the impact of the activities of the organization.
This was the first cooperation between Andre Ebouaney and Croatia NA. Croatian NA hosted a TPP within the ToT Andre was involved. All the cooperation went smoothly and very professional.
