TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

To know and deepen Key Action 2: Cooperation between organizations and institutions, especially in "Cooperation Associations" and "Small-scale Associations", so that participants can make the most of the potential offered by this Action in the field of Youth.
- Members of entities interested in presenting Strategic Partnership projects within the Erasmus+ program.
- Mainly from Castille and Leon region in Spain.
The course was based on the non-formal education methodology, which translates into highly participatory educational sessions, a relationship with the trainers of a horizontal nature, collective knowledge, and safe learning spaces in which the participant takes responsibility for their own learning process.
- Participation Tool Box to liven up the sessions and active participation of the participants during the sessions,
- digital energizers,
- use of creative apps for content presentation,
- a balanced role division among facilitators to make the sessions, diverse and interesting,
- Activities on the HOP platform, outside the online sessions,
- and more.
As trainers, we have aimed to make the course as practical as possible. This is the reason to combine online sessions with tasks on the HOP platform.
After each session, the participants were invited to do their "homework" at the HOP platform, where a course has been specially created for this training. At the end of the training, each of the participants had drafted his/her possible application of a KA2 project.
This part of the training was appreciated very much by the participants, as they finished the course with an application draft, were coached step by step while writing it, and were provided with well organised support materials and tricks from the field.
