Educational pathway

I have a master degree in International Relations and second master degree at Business administration and management. Bachelor degree at International Relations and Diplomacy.
In non-formal education activity firstly i was inspired in 2008 when i participated in training organized by European Youth Forum on intercultural learning. Since that i participated in various long term and short term projects, youth exchanges, trainings, pilot projects and later on started to develop competencies as trainer and facilitator through training for trainer programs. Considering that i participated in more than 30 projects and activities i feel that non-formal education, human rights education and youth work were main factors and motivation of me to stay in the field and work directly with young people. The experiences are important for me because it supported me to shape my values, the way of thinking, to be more individual, be competent and self-confident.
