Educational pathway
I have got a Master degree of Innovative management and I'm certificated NLP Practitioner. I'm a part of trainers pool of the International Experiential Learning Network.
I have been working with youth for over 10 years and among them the last 6 years - internationally, actively involved in Erasmus+, EVS/ESC, Visegrad and other programs.
After I participated in various youth exchanges, trainings and seminars and had the opportunity to experience the effects of non-formal education on practical basis, I realized that I wanted to do better and more meaningful projects and began to try myself as a facilitator, then as a co-trainer and, finally, the trainer. My trainer's experience is more than 3 years on national and international levels.
