I am working in NGOs since 1993 when I started an association in a small city in the Northern part of Romania. Since then i have been trainer and youth worker, staff and president of various NGOs in Romania on local and national level. In this positions I have worked with various kind of people, young people, volunteers, leaders and officials. As general secretary of YMCA Romania (2000-2010) organization grown from 4 local branches to 11 and from 2000 USD budget to an average of 100.000/year
