Hi there! Facilitating groups is the piece of artwork and it takes patience and kindness to create magic unless you bring passion to your trainings, which is half work done. I am passionate to work with people, create spaces for them to open up and plant new seeds for a change in their life and the life of those they work with. I am respectful, flexible, creative kind of person. Each training can't go without movement or creativity if I am there. Learning by doing in a safer space is my motto.
Mariia Herashchenko has 3 references for past work as a trainer.

My recent experience has been around the topic of Wellbeing and Mental Health especially in the movement dimension. I wish to continue with this topic in future as it has a lot of sense and impact.
I have worked with Ukrainian refugees to support them during the first period of war especially by conducting theatre and art workshops and leading Solidarity events in Berlin and in Ukraine for IDPs. I have been facilitating theatre youth exchanges from the perspective of modern youth problems, highlighting social issues by using specifics of the place and the history of the location of the project. Partly to attract attention to the abandoned historical objects to show it from a different perspective, attract attention of the tourists and also to intensify the sense of the performance by the fact of showing it through creative outdoor ways. By creating theatre routes we used performative art as the main method to communicate with offline and later online audience.
Before the war I was co-facilitating hybrid training courses on climate justice and environmental topics in rural communities.
