Educational pathway

I participated in big amount of non-formal education training courses, both as a participant and as a trainer and organizer, including some special trainings for trainers:
Training “Prevention of Hate Crimes” in Warsaw, Poland. Organized by OSCE ODIHR, May-June, 2008.
Training for Trainers “Prevention of Hate Crimes” in Warsaw, Poland. Organized by OSCE ODIHR, September, 2009.
Training Course “Risk’n’Roll” in Tbilisi, Georgia. Organized by Salto, October 2013.
Police Training of Trainers on non-discrimination with a focus on Roma and sexual orientation and gender identity in Strasburg, France. Organized by CoE, November 2014.
The tools and skills and methods of non-formal education that I received there are very important in my work as a trainer.
By formal education (University) I have a degree in History of Foreign Theatre. During the years of University I received not only theoretical knowledge, but also skills in acting, directing and writing plays. I largely use these skills in my work.
I also received two courses in Project management and Fundraising, and I use these knowledge a lot during the trainings I conduct.
