Till now I have organised 3 youth exchanges under our informal group of young people LUBLA, that I founded and where I am still a project manager at, and I participated at 37 other youth exchanges or traning courses under Erasmus+ programme. (Therfore, I have seen a lot of good practices, and a lof of not that good as well, that I can learn from it and shape trainings and exchanges accordingly.) My favourite topics are outdoor education, project management, information literacy and well-being/positive psychology together with dance, tai-chi and meditative movement.
